🏨 M Resort finishes new hotel tower
The Gist: Henderson’s M Resort Spa Casino has completed its second hotel tower ahead of schedule, a $206 million project set to open in December. The expansion nearly doubles capacity to 765 rooms and suites, adds a 15,000-square-foot ballroom, and brings celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse’s New Orleans restaurant, Meril, to the property.
Why It Matters: The new tower boosts room supply for Henderson’s growing market and strengthens M Resort’s role as the “Official Raiders Team Headquarters Hotel.” The project also positions the resort to capture more group business and meet rising demand in the Las Vegas Valley.
