Not technically in Henderson, but I’ve got to shout out Indoor Soccer 5. So grateful for it last weekend. My daughter and the Storm Strikers had two games while it was 108 degrees outside, and we were chillin’ in the A/C.

🚫 Boulder City Adopts Public Camping Ordinance
The Gist: Boulder City’s new ordinance, in effect since June, prohibits camping and storing personal belongings in public spaces. Approved unanimously by City Council, the ordinance aims to connect unhoused residents with local services through outreach before issuing citations. The city says its first response will focus on referrals to its Community Resources Liaison at Boulder City Hospital.
Why It Matters: The ordinance is part of Boulder City’s efforts to address public safety and connect residents in need with available support services.
