Sunrise Ranch Apartments Bring Affordable Housing and Support Services to Henderson

A new affordable housing development is on the horizon for Henderson. Sunrise Ranch Apartments, located at the corner of South Broadbent Boulevard and Boulder Highway, will offer 144 rental units aimed at supporting low-income families and young adults transitioning out of foster care.

Dedicated Units for Foster Youth and Families

Of the 144 units, 60 will be reserved specifically for young adults who have aged out of the foster care system—a group often at higher risk of housing insecurity. The remaining units will serve low-income families, contributing to the city’s efforts to expand housing access for residents facing rising costs.

The complex will also feature on-site childcare and access to community services, providing residents with resources that extend beyond housing.
