Every time we wander through The Village at Lake Las Vegas, we have to stop at Apricot Lane Boutique. The staff is always so warm, greeting you with a smile and the latest deals. And I almost always walk out with something I love.

The Las Vegas Raiders are mapping out big plans for the land surrounding their Intermountain Health Performance Center in Henderson. The team owns a 25-acre site west of their headquarters, along with a 3.66-acre parcel across Sunridge Heights Parkway.

Early plans indicate a potential mixed-use development, which could include commercial, retail, and entertainment spaces; adding vibrancy to the already growing West Henderson area.

With its proximity to the Raiders HQ and easy access to highways, the site is primed for transformation.
