🏨 Green Valley Ranch Begins $200M Makeover
The Gist: Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson is launching a full renovation of nearly 500 rooms and suites as part of a $200 million property upgrade. Designed with Avenue Interior Design, the new look promises “bespoke finishes” and a modern, serene vibe. The West Tower will be completed this fall, with all rooms and suites finished next year.
