🏗️ Luxury high-rises climb skyward in Henderson
The Gist: A billion-dollar project is reshaping Henderson’s skyline as construction of the Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas moves forward in MacDonald Highlands. The twin luxury towers, already 70% sold, are set to stand high above the valley with completion expected by summer 2027.
Why It Matters: It’s one of the largest projects in Henderson’s history, bringing new prestige and investment to the city while transforming views from Black Mountain. Excitement is already building as residents watch the cranes rise higher each week.
