From NYC to the Desert: Kyuramen Brings Bold Ramen Creations to the Las Vegas Valley

Henderson welcomes the first Nevada outpost of the fast-growing ramen sensation known for creative bowls and playful dining vibes
Kyuramen, the fast-growing ramen chain that first made waves in New York City with its inventive noodle bowls and vibrant atmosphere, has officially opened its first Nevada location in the Las Vegas Valley. The new Henderson shop marks a major milestone in the brand’s rapid national expansion.
Located on South Eastern Avenue, Kyuramen’s Henderson outpost brings the brand’s signature blend of bold flavors and Instagram-worthy presentation to local diners. The eatery shares the space with TBaar, a sister concept serving boba drinks, fruit teas and smoothies — making it a go-to destination for both hearty meals and refreshing beverages in one stop.
At the heart of Kyuramen’s menu is tonkotsu Tokyo shoyu ramen, a rich pork-based broth topped with chashu pork, marinated soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, corn, wakame and scallions. Seafood lovers can opt for a bowl featuring succulent shrimp and the classic ramen accompaniments.
For those seeking something more adventurous, Kyuramen offers a “super” ramen bowl packed with four types of proteins — including tempura shrimp, fried chicken, braised pork belly and fried tofu — and an inventive yin-yang bowl that serves two different ramen styles in one dish.

Beyond Ramen: A Full Experience
The Henderson restaurant extends beyond noodles with a selection of omurice (fluffy Japanese omelets over rice with curry or demi-glace), takoyaki octopus balls, spicy dumplings, steamed bao buns and even rice burgers with unique protein choices.
Design elements like an open kitchen, honeycomb-shaped seating enclosures and a whimsical wishing tree add character to the space, creating a dining experience that’s as playful as the menu.
A Growing Ramen Brand With National Appeal
Founded in New York City in 2019, Kyuramen has expanded quickly and now boasts more than 70 locations across the United States. The new Henderson shop continues the brand’s growth story by introducing Nevada diners to its bold fusion of flavors and lively restaurant atmosphere.
Kyuramen and TBaar are now open at 10170 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 130, Henderson, NV — offering locals and visitors alike a fresh new destination for ramen and beyond.
