After much family discussion and a little financial commitment from my son (he paid for his own safety gear), Gabe officially started football this week.

I honestly don’t know when this guy takes a day off. Nick runs a metal fabrication company, coaches youth football here in town, and also runs a foundation that teaches kids (mine included) how to weld on the weekends. It’s pretty incredible to watch someone show up like that, consistently.

🛍️ Four new shops join The District
The Gist: Vestar has signed leases with four new tenants at The District at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson. California Closets and Solidcore are already open, Glo30 is set to debut in March, and fashion boutique Evereve will arrive this summer. The additions bring 9,000 more square feet of retail to the center, which is now 95 percent leased.
Why It Matters: More shopping and services keep The District feeling lively and give locals even more reasons to stay close to home. This spot keeps getting better and better!
